2026 Hybrid Annual Membership Meeting
The 2026 Annual Membership Meeting was held on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 7 PM Central. The meeting was live-streamed with limited onsite seating. The option of live streaming allowed members a more convenient way to attend the meeting.
Drawings were held to award 12 Samsung Android Tablets, 12 Apple iPads, and 25 65-inch Smart TVs. A winners list will be posted soon. Up to 5,000 members were selected to receive a $50 deposit that was deposited into their account within seven days of the March 26 meeting.

Why are we conducting a “Hybrid Annual Meeting”?
A hybrid meeting – one that is live streamed and offers limited onsite seating – allows more of our members to participate.
Keesler Federal Credit Union continues to grow, which is great news for all our members. A growing credit union increases its assets and strength and provides greater financial stability for its members. Our growth at Keesler Federal allows us to provide our members with better rates of return, lower loan costs, and innovative products.
It is no longer efficient or feasible to attempt to hold a large on-site meeting as we did for years in the Mississippi Coast Coliseum because it is simply too far for members to travel.
No prizes or gifts will be awarded to members who physically attend the annual meeting. To be eligible and included in prize drawings, primary members must have registered online.
Where and when is the 2026 Annual Membership meeting?
The meeting will be live streamed on YouTube. An in-person meeting, with limited seating, will be at the MS Gulf Coast Community College Hospitality Center, 420 Debuys Road, Biloxi, MS. It will begin promptly at 7:00 pm Thursday, March 26. No entrance or exit is allowed once the meeting begins.
What is YouTube?
YouTube is a video communication platform that allows participants the ability to view presentations without being physically in the room.
How do I access the meeting using YouTube?

How does the voting work?
The documents to be voted on are included in the registration form. As you complete the annual meeting registration form, you will be prompted to review these documents before answering “aye” (yes) or “nay” (no). These are the votes that will be counted and recorded. There will be no vote taken during the meeting.
Do I have to register to attend the meeting online?
No, registration is not required to view the meeting. The registration is only required for members who wish to vote. There will be a link on the Keesler Federal website so that members may view the meeting from any computer, tablet, or mobile device.
Can I register in a branch?
No, you will need to register using your personal devices. Registration opens February 28 and closes March 19.
Will I be contacted before the meeting on March 26?
Yes, if you register and your member information is verified, you will receive a registration confirmation email with additional information, including instructions on joining the meeting using a PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, or Android device. The email WILL NOT come to you immediately, and you will receive at least one email with meeting instructions before the meeting day of March 26.
Do I need to rsvp if I plan to attend the meeting on location?
No, you do not. Seating is limited and members can enter the meeting location beginning at 6:15 pm. Once the meeting begins promptly at 7:00 pm, entrance or exit is not allowed.
Do I need to be present to win prizes?
No, there are no prizes awarded on location or during the meeting. To be eligible and included in prize drawings, primary members must have registered online.
Will Keesler Federal give away other special logo items usually given to every member that attends the annual membership meeting?
No, there will not be any Keesler Federal gift items or prizes at the meeting location.
How do I make comments in the New Business portion of the annual meeting?
No comments or questions will be taken during the live-stream meeting. The deadline for submitting comments or questions is Monday, March 16. Responses to all comments emailed by the March 16 deadline will be posted on this page shortly after the live meeting. To submit a comment, email execoffice@kfcu.org.
Will there be a phone-in number?
No. The meeting will only be accessible online using the link provided on a PC, Mac, tablet, or smartphone.
Will the meeting be recorded?
Yes, the meeting will be recorded and available for viewing on the annual meeting webpage at kfcu.org/annual-meeting a few days after the live event.
When should I “log on” to the meeting?
A log on is not required to attend the meeting. The meeting will be live streamed on YouTube: 2026 Keesler Federal Hybrid Annual Membership Meeting. What if I have general Annual Meeting questions?
We will have representatives available to help answer your questions. (1-844-680-5328). They will also be available on March 26, 6:30 pm- 8:00 pm to assist you during the meeting. These representatives will not be able to help with software problems.
