This Contest is intended for legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia; and citizens of the United States who are lawfully residing in the United Kingdom at the time of entry.

Keesler Federal Credit Union (“Sponsor”), 2602 Pass Road, Biloxi, MS 39531.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The 2026 Member Calendar Photo Contest is open to Keesler Federal Credit Union members 18 years old or the legal age of the majority in the jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees and Members are all eligible to participate. Contest is void where prohibited.
3. SUBMISSION PERIOD
Begins at June 12th, 2026/12:00 am CT and ends at July 19th, 2026/11:59 pm CT (the "Submission Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Voting Period, eligible entrants may enter by: website and social media. The submitting member must have taken the photo, not just own it. The image should be in landscape orientation and have high resolution (if taken with a camera, photo needs to be at least 300dpi or higher, and if taken by an 8mp or higher cellphone, submitted at actual size). Photos may contain people but no children nor recognizable faces. However, partial faces (for example: if just a chin shows or if there is a profile of someone that is not identifiable) may be accepted. Limit one entry per member. Must be original unfiltered photography and AI images are not eligible.
5. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS; CONTENT GUIDELINES
Contest winners will be notified by August 7, 2026. Winners will be chosen from the ones with most likes. Keeler Federal reserves the right to make final selections.
Privacy:
By submitting a photo, you grant Keesler Federal Credit Union royalty-free, non-exclusive rights to display the photo submission on the voting website, www.kfcu.org, social media platforms, and to be printed in the 2027 member calendars. Keesler Federal reserves the right to crop or edit photos to fit the space allotted. Member will be credited for their submission with their name on the calendar under the picture. If titles, captions, and descriptions are submitted, Keesler Federal may use them but reserves the right to edit as necessary (spelling, grammar, etc.). Credit Union team members will choose the final 13 images that will be featured in the calendar, and we reserve the right to disqualify any photos that do not fit the specified criteria.
[If entries include user-generated content ("UGC"), UGC must be original, not copied; must not include third-party proprietary material without permission; must not be obscene, pornographic, violent, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; must not depict or encourage illegal activity; must comply with platform terms of service and community guidelines; and must not include personal information of others. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that fails to comply with these requirements. Entrant grants to Sponsor a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, and perform the UGC in any media, for advertising, promotion, trade, and other lawful purposes.]
6. WINNER SELECTION; ODDS
The photo contest begins June 12, 2026 at 12:00 am CT and will continue to accept submissions until July 19, 2026, at 11:59 pm CT. The initial round of judging will take place internally. Finalists chosen from this round will be featured on social media from July 27th 12:00 am CT - August 2nd 11:59 pm CT where the public will have the opportunity to pick the final 13. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION; VERIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified by email.
8. PRIZES; APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)
The Prize will consist of a photo being selected for 2027 Member Calendar.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; RELEASE; NO WARRANTIES
By participating, entrants and winners (collectively, "Participants") release, discharge, and hold harmless Keesler Federal. (“Contest Entities”) from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way related to: (a) participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) any technical malfunctions or failures of hardware, software, networks, or systems; (c) printing, typographical, administrative, or other errors in any materials or the administration of the Contest; (d) acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of any prize; and (e) any unauthorized human intervention or tampering with the entry process or the Contest Participants assume all risks of participation, including risks associated with travel, attendance at events, use of prize goods/services, and any activities related to the prize. PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE CONTEST ENTITIES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA, arising out of or relating to the Contest or any prize, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Sponsor’s total aggregate liability to any Participant will be limited to the greater of (i) the actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred by such Participant directly in entering the Contest (excluding attorneys’ fees) or (ii) $100; provided that with respect to any winner, such cap not exceed the ARV of the prize actually awarded to that winner.
10. FORCE MAJEURE; SUSPENSION/MODIFICATION
The Contest Entities will not be responsible or liable for force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, labor disputes, epidemics/pandemics, public health orders, natural disasters, supply chain failures, or orders of governmental authorities, that delay, prevent, or materially affect the Contest or prize fulfillment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest (or any part thereof).
11. PUBLICITY
Where permitted by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and UGC for advertising, publicity, and other purposes, worldwide and in all media, without additional compensation or notice.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; NO CLASS ACTIONS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only; class actions, class arbitrations, private attorney general actions, and other representative proceedings are not permitted.
13. PRIVACY; DATA USE
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.kfcu.org/privacy-policy/, and as otherwise described in these Official Rules. Participants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may use their information for administration of the Contest, winner notification/verification, prize fulfillment, and marketing communications subject to opt-out rights where applicable.
14. GENERAL CONDITIONS; REMEDIES; SEVERABILITY
Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or operation of the Contest, acts in violation of these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term will not constitute a waiver. The remedies expressly stated in these Official Rules are exclusive to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

All trademarks, trade names, or logos referenced are the property of their respective owners. Reference to third-party products or services does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules will be construed and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, non-waivable consumer rights are preserved. This Contest will be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles.
