Keesler Federal Giveaway ― Million Dollar Live Your Way Debt Eraser Official Rules

No purchase, payment, or donation is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules. This Giveaway is intended for legal residents of Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama.

ELIGIBILITY:
This Giveaway is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of Mississippi, Louisiana, or Alabama, who are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry, and who meet the following criteria: (i) must be a Keesler Federal Credit Union primary account holder in good standing, and (ii) must have an active Keesler Federal Credit Union or Jefferson Financial Federal Credit Union credit card account with a minimum balance of $500 on their most recent statement.

Non-natural persons (including corporations, businesses, trusts, or other entities), Sponsor employees, their immediate family members (including spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD:
The Giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. CT on February 18, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on March 6, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device. The Giveaway is void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER:
During the Giveaway Period, members who meet the eligibility criteria above will be automatically entered into the Giveaway. Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of method.
An alternate method of entry is available. To enter by mail, send a 3” x 5” postcard containing your name, address (including city, state, and ZIP code), phone number, and email address to:

Mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor prior to the commencement of the Giveaway Period. Failure to provide all requested information may result in disqualification.

WINNER NOTIFICATION; ODDS:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about March 6, 2026. Winners do not need to be present to win. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION; VERIFICATION:
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone and must respond within 24 hours of notification. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign, and return a winner declaration and release, IRS Form W-9, and/or other required documents within 48 hours of notification.

PRIZES; APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV):
Sponsor will pay up to $4,000 of each winner’s credit card balance as reflected on their February 2026 month-end statement. The ARV of each prize will not exceed $4,000. The total ARV of all prizes is $1,000,000.

Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion for a prize of equal or greater value. If a selected winner does not have a Keesler Federal Credit Union or Jefferson Financial Federal Credit Union credit card balance, Sponsor will award an alternative prize valued at $2,000.

TAXES; REPORTING:
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use. If the value of prizes received meets applicable reporting thresholds, Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 and require completion of related tax documents.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; RELEASE; NO WARRANTIES:
By participating, entrants and winners (collectively, “Participants”) release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

Prizes are awarded “as is,” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Releasees will not be liable for incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Sponsor’s total liability to any participant will be limited to the greater of actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the Giveaway or $100, and in no event will exceed the ARV of the prize awarded.

FORCE MAJEURE; SUSPENSION OR MODIFICATION:
Sponsor is not responsible for events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, labor disputes, epidemics or pandemics, public health orders, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions that delay or prevent the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway in its sole discretion.

PUBLICITY:
Where permitted by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION; NO CLASS ACTIONS:
All disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative proceedings are not permitted to the fullest extent allowed by law.

PRIVACY; DATA USE:
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.kfcu.org/privacy-policy/, and for purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying winners, fulfilling prizes, and marketing communications, subject to applicable opt-out rights.

GENERAL CONDITIONS; SEVERABILITY:
Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the Giveaway, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

GOVERNING LAW:
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to non-waivable consumer rights.
