1. Sponsor

Sponsor: Keesler Federal Credit Union (“Sponsor”), 2602 Pass Road, Biloxi, MS 39531.

2. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of Mississippi, Louisiana, or Alabama who are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry and who meet the following criteria: (i) must be a Keesler Federal Credit Union primary account holder in good standing, (ii) must have an active Keesler Federal Credit Union passenger vehicle auto loan with a minimum balance of $500 as of July 1, 2026, (iii) must not have been selected as a winner in a Keesler Federal “Live Your Way Debt Eraser” giveaway in the twelve months immediately preceding the commencement date of the Giveaway Period. For purposes of this Giveaway, eligible passenger vehicles include the following vehicles used for personal purposes: cars, minivans, SUVs, and pickup trucks.
Sponsor employees, their immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings, and each of their respective spouses), and members of the household of such individuals are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. CT on July 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on July 31, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device. The Giveaway is void where prohibited.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, eligible members with an active Keesler Federal auto loan must complete the online entry form available on the campaign landing page to be entered into the Giveaway. Submission of the online form constitutes one entry. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entry is limited to one eligible passenger vehicle auto loan per person, regardless of the number of eligible passenger vehicle auto loans a member may have. An alternate method of entry is available. To enter by mail, send a 3” x 5” postcard containing your name, address (including city, state, and ZIP code), phone number, and email address to:

Mail-in entries must be received by the Sponsor prior to the end of the Giveaway Period. Failure to provide all requested information may result in disqualification.

5. Winner Selection; Odds

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about August 6, 2026. Winners do not need to be present to win. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification; Verification

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign, and return a winner declaration and release, IRS Form W-9, and/or other required documents. If a potential winner fails to return any required documents, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.

7. Prizes; Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Sponsor will pay each selected winner the lesser of (i) an amount equal to six months of auto loan payments or (ii) $3,000. The ARV of each prize will not exceed $3,000. The total ARV of all prizes is $1,000,000. Each prize will be deposited into the respective winner’s primary share account at Keesler Federal Credit Union. Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion for a prize of equal or greater value. Winners who enter via mail-in postcard and do not hold an eligible Keesler Federal auto loan will receive a $500 prize in lieu of the auto loan payment credit.

8. Taxes; Reporting

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use. If the value of prizes received meets applicable reporting thresholds, Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 and require completion of related tax documents. Winners are encouraged to consult their own tax professionals regarding the tax implications of accepting and using a prize. Sponsor does not provide tax advice.

9. Limitation of Liability; Release; No Warranties

By participating, entrants and winners (collectively, “Participants”) release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway, acceptance or use of any prize, eligibility and entry submissions, or technical malfunctions.
Prizes are awarded “as is,” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Releasees will not be liable for incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Sponsor’s total liability to any participant will be limited to the greater of actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the Giveaway or $100, and in no event will exceed the ARV of the prize awarded.

10. Force Majeure; Suspension or Modification

Sponsor is not responsible for events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, labor disputes, epidemics or pandemics, public health orders, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions that delay or prevent the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway in its sole discretion.

11. Publicity

Where permitted by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional notice or compensation.

12. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; No Class Actions

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to non-waivable consumer rights. All disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative proceedings are not permitted to the fullest extent allowed by law.

13. Privacy; Data Use

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.kfcu.org/privacy-policy/, and for purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying winners, fulfilling prizes, and marketing communications, subject to applicable opt-out rights.

14. General Conditions; Severability

Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the Giveaway, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
