Jim Hollingsworth
Incumbent is Chairman of the Keesler Federal Credit Union (KFCU) Board of Directors. Prior to his election as Chairman, Mr. Hollingsworth served as an Associate Board Director, Director, and Treasurer. During his 12-year tenure, KFCU was selected as the Defense Credit Union Council’s Air Force Credit Union of the Year, won Sun Herald’s Best Bank/Credit Union and Mortgage Lender for multiple years, was recognized by Forbes as Best Credit Union in Mississippi for six years, and was named Newsweek’s Best Regional Credit Union for two consecutive years. Mr. Hollingsworth also served as a Board Director, Treasurer, and is currently VP of the National Association of Credit Union Chairmen (NACUC). He is also a Director of the Mississippi Credit Union Association Board. He is a retired Air Force full Colonel. After military retirement, he was the Keesler AFB Director of Training. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.S. in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.
Josie King
The incumbent has served on the Keesler Federal Credit Union (KFCU) Board of Directors for over 12 years. She served as Treasurer and Secretary and currently serves on the Enterprise Risk and Compensation Committees and is Chair of the Governance Committee. She served on the KFCU Supervisory Committee for over 2 years. Ms. King retired from the Air Force in 2007 after serving 20 years in Comptroller and Financial Management with a diverse background in financial services and management. She held various assignments, including Instructor, Instructor Supervisor, Quality Assurance Manager, Section Chief, Squadron Superintendent, and First Sergeant. Following her military career, she worked as a Training Specialist for FEMA (2.5 years) in Biloxi and for the Financial Management Officer Course (10 years) at Keesler Air Force Base. Ms. King holds Associate degrees in Financial Management and Instructor Technology, a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting, and a Master of Education degree from Wayland Baptist University.
Tony Taylor
Incumbent has served on the Keesler Federal Credit Union (KFCU) Board of Directors since 2022 and is an 18-year KFCU member. Mr. Taylor is currently Director of Operations Integration at Ingalls. He is a graduate of William and Mary Mason and Darden University Executive Programs. Mr. Taylor has more than 35 years of experience in accounting, management, and human resources. He is a highly decorated retired Army Sergeant Major (the highest enlisted rank) and is a Bronze Star Medal and Combat Action Badge recipient for service in Iraq. His volunteerism in representing credit union members spans 13 years, during which he held positions including member of the overview committee, credit union Secretary, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Taylor has always had a strong will to serve, whether in the military or in the community.
Melanie Williamson
Incumbent has served on the Keesler Federal Credit Union Board of Directors since 2020 and currently holds the position of Secretary. Dr. Melanie Williamson graduated from Mississippi College in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She is a 1988 graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry, where she completed her General Practice Residency in 1989. Dr. Williamson has practiced general dentistry on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for 36 years. She was previously the owner of The Dental Plaza but now practices with Gulf Coast Dental Care. Dr. Williamson is a career-long member of the American Dental Association and the Mississippi Dental Association. She is a lifelong member of the First Baptist Church of Biloxi, where she is active in Missions and has served on the Finance and Personnel Committees.
