1. Sponsor

Sponsor: Keesler Federal Credit Union (“Sponsor”), 2602 Pass Road, Biloxi, MS 39531.

 

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Mississippi, Louisiana, or Alabama who are (i) at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction of residence) at time of entry and a Keesler Federal Credit Union member in good standing. Sponsor employees, their immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings, and each of their respective spouses), and members of the household of such individuals are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes are void where prohibited.

 

3. Sweepstakes Period

Beginning on July 20^th, 2026, at 12:00 am CST and ending on November 1^st at 11:59 pm CST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

 

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants can enter by scanning the QR code on the Keesler Federal Credit Union website and social media channels, to fill out information requested. Only one entry per person, regardless of method. Alternate entry is available in lieu of the criteria listed above. To enter, mail a 3” x 5” postcard with your name, address (including city, state and zip code), phone number, and email address to:

5. Entry Requirements; Content Guidelines

1. Must be 18 years or older

2. Must be a Keesler Federal Credit Union Member in good standing

3. Must fill out form from QR code, website, or social media channels

4. Must be a legal resident of Alabama, Mississippi, or Louisiana

 

6. Winner Selection; Odds

Winners will be selected randomly in a drawing from eligible entries received, on September 21, 2026, September 28, 2026, October 5, 2026, October 13, 2026, October 19, 2026, October 26, 2026, November 2, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The entries starting July 20^th will be in a pool for the first game selection on September 21^st, 2026. From then on, a member will be selected weekly until the end date of November 1st, 2026.

 

7. Winner Notification; Verification

Potential winners will be notified by email and telephone and must respond within 24 hours of notification. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign, and return a Winner Declaration and Release (where permitted), IRS W-9, and/or other documents within 48 hours of notification. If a potential winner does not respond in time, fails to sign required documents, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from among remaining eligible entries.

 

8. Prizes; Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

The Prize will consist of 2 NFL New Orleans Saints Tickets. ARV of each prize: $524.79. Total ARV of all prizes: $1049.58. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and no substitutions will be made except by Sponsor in its sole discretion for a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor will not replace any lost, destroyed, or stolen prize items.

Winners and their guests must follow NFL rules and the Saints ticketback terms available at www.neworleanssaints.com/tickets/ticketback-terms. All tickets will be delivered and managed through digital platforms, including but not limited to mobile applications and third-party ticketing services. Winners must have access to a compatible internet-enabled device and a valid email address to receive and use tickets for entry. By entering this giveaway, each entrant and winner acknowledges and agrees to the requirement of internet access and mobile device use as a condition of entry. Suite tickets and parking passes shall not be transferred, resold, or used for any commercial or promotional purposes. Resale may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the prize.
The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the prize awarded thereunder. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored the Sweepstakes in any way. If any provision of these rules is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or appointed arbitrator, such determination will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

 

9. Taxes; Reporting

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. If the total value of prizes received by a winner equals or exceeds applicable reporting thresholds, Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 and may require completion of tax forms.

 

10. Limitation of Liability; Release; No Warranties

By participating, entrants and winners (collectively, "Participants") release, discharge, and hold harmless Keesler Federal, NFL New Orleans Saints (“Sweepstakes Entities”) from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way related to: (a) participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) any technical malfunctions or failures of hardware, software, networks, or systems; (c) printing, typographical, administrative, or other errors in any materials or the administration of the Sweepstakes; (d) acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of any prize; and (e) any unauthorized human intervention or tampering with the entry process or the Sweepstakes. Participants assume all risks of participation, including risks associated with travel, attendance at events, use of prize goods/services, and any activities related to the prize. PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA, arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any prize, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Sponsor’s total aggregate liability to any Participant will be limited to the greater of (i) the actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred by such Participant directly in entering the Sweepstakes (excluding attorneys’ fees) or (ii) $100; provided that with respect to any winner, such cap will not exceed the ARV of the prize actually awarded to that winner.

 

11. Force Majeure; Suspension/Modification

The Sweepstakes Entities will not be responsible or liable for force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, labor disputes, epidemics/pandemics, public health orders, natural disasters, supply chain failures, or orders of governmental authorities, that delay, prevent, or materially affect the Sweepstakes or prize fulfillment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes (or any part thereof).

 

12. Publicity

Where permitted by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and UGC for advertising, publicity, and other purposes, worldwide and in all media, without additional compensation or notice.

 

13. Dispute Resolution; No Class Actions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only; class actions, class arbitrations, private attorney general actions, and other representative proceedings are not permitted.

 

14. Privacy; Data Use

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.kfcu.org/privacy-policy/, and as otherwise described in these Official Rules. Participants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may use their information for administration of the Sweepstakes, winner notification/verification, prize fulfillment, and marketing communications subject to opt-out rights where applicable.

 

15. General Conditions; Remedies; Severability

Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, acts in violation of these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term will not constitute a waiver. The remedies expressly stated in these Official Rules are exclusive to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

 

16. Winners List; Official Rules

17. Sponsor Trademarks; Third-Party Marks

All trademarks, trade names, or logos referenced are the property of their respective owners. Reference to third-party products or services does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

Prize includes two (2) tickets to a New Orleans Saints® regular season home game. New Orleans Saints® is a registered trademark of NFL Properties LLC. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the New Orleans Saints, the NFL, or their affiliates. Winner is responsible for all expenses not specifically included in the prize.

 

18. Governing Law

These Official Rules will be construed and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, non-waivable consumer rights are preserved. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles.
